چکیده
Periferik sinir yaralanmalar? (PSY) önemli sakatl?k nedenidir. PSY genelde ate?li silah yaralanmalar?, penetran ve künt travmalar sonucunda meydana gelmektedir. PSY’de k?smi kesilerde iyile?me görülmesine kar??n, tam daha nadir olur bu vakalar cerrahi operasyona adayd?r. Birçok çal??mada müdahalenin ?ekli zamanlamada farkl?l?klar görülmektedir. farkl? prosedürler mevcuttur. Electromyelography (EMG) bulgular? tan? takipte olup konuda yol göstericidir. Bu ara?t?rmada, ?nönü Üniversitesi Beyin Cerrahisi klini?inde periferik travmas? nedeniyle operasyon yap?lm?? olan hastalar?n uzun dönem klinik sonuçlar? ile literatüre katk?s? olacak bir çal??ma yap?lm??t?r. yap?lan 15 hasta; ya?, cinsiyet, travma türü, ameliyat öncesi sonras? EMG bulgular?, nörolojik muayene aç?s?ndan de?erlendirildi. ?statistik analizlerde Pearson Ki-kare testleri kullan?ld?. ?statistiksel olarak p<0,05 ç?kan sonuçlar anlaml? kabul edildi. Analizlerde IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 program? Sonuç olarak; PSY’lerinde y?l? a?an tedavi edilmemi? hastalarda oran? dü?ük olsa da çal??mam?zda oran yüksek ç?km??t?r. Bundan dolay?, süreye bak?lmaks?z?n tüm hastalara müdahale önermekteyiz.
